One-Line Bio

Helping to nurture creativity through compassion, friendship, laughter and education.

How did it all begin…as a teenager I made a couple of scrapbooks with all my High school (and later college) memorabilia in them. (They have since completely fallen apart. Ha!) I graduated from Kansas State University with a Fine Arts Degree. That wasn’t going to pay the bills, so I got a job as a retail manager at a nearby department store. 7 years later I married my husband Dan and a year year after that I was pregnant. This is where my REALscrapbooking started. After my son Logan was born, a friend invited me to come to a class with her at a local scrapbook store. From then on...I was hooked . Yippee! I found my thing. Less then a year later I started teaching scrapbooking and paper crafting classes.

It has been 8+ years now. Wow! I can't believe my son is 8 years old now. Yikes! I have worked for may different companies in the last 8 year, from local scrapbook stores to whole sale companies. i have held many different possitions, from teacher to Design team manager, to in house photographer. You might think I would have gotten burned out over the years, but you'd be wrong. I LOVE paper crafts and I can't seem to get enough of them. It’s been a crazy ride, but I am hanging on tight and not letting go.

This year I became a Stampin' Up independent consultant and started EverBlooming, something I have been dreaming about for a long time.

I am very excited to get to know all of you and share all that I can with you and for us to learn form one another. If you are local to the Kansas City Area I will be holding class, camps and clubs out of my home and hope that you can all find the time to come check them out. You can get more information about them on my website or on the events section of my blog.

If you'd like more of my history you can see it in the resume section of the blog.
